After you submit, Meredith reads every message herself. There is no automated funnel, no sales team, and no generic response. If it is not, she will tell you that honestly and point you toward what would actually help.
The initial response typically includes observations about where the operational friction you described is likely rooted, whether it is a structural problem or a process problem, and what kind of intervention tends to resolve it. From there, if it makes sense to continue the conversation, Meredith will suggest a 30-minute call to discuss your situation in more detail.
