The Founder Bottleneck Audit evaluates how deeply you are embedded in the operational center of your company across five dimensions: Decision Flow (how many decisions route through you), Team Autonomy (how well your team executes without your involvement), Strategic Time (how much of your week goes to CEO-level work versus reactive operations), Operational Visibility (how much clarity exists across functions without you having to ask), and Extraction Readiness (how much infrastructure exists for someone other than you to run the day-to-day).
Each dimension includes three questions scored on a five-point scale, producing a total score between 15 and 75. Your score places you into one of four stages: Fully Trapped, Reactive Mode, Emerging, or Strategic Mode.
